Procedure
Our clinical Hypnotherapist, Tracey Underwood, will be fitting a gastric band under hypnosis (this procedure does not actually involve fitting a gastric band, but tells the unconscious mind that it has one fitted)

This procedure is currently being carried out in Australia with very positive results.

Ongoing Support
After your first session, you will then be invited to come along once a fortnight to our group session, whereby you will receive group hypnotherapy. You will then be weighed and measured in private.

This session will also give you the opportunity to meet other people with the same goal and exchange dieting & exercising tips.

Hypnotherapy use for Weight Loss is becoming more and more common. You may have read reports in the national newspapers or even just come across articles in magazines about this method of weight loss.

As long as you have the desire to lose weight, hypnotherapy can help you. You will also receive the support and encouragement you need from everyone here at All of You.
